RETURN POLICY
If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away, along with a few pictures and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service at orders@brinsjam.com to coordinate the return. There is a $7 re-shelving fee on all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
