Chili Peanut Dipping Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 tbs smooth peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
- 1/2 jar Chili Pepper Jam
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2tbs soy sauce
- 2tbs toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Serve immediately or store in frig for up to 1 week.
- Add more soy sauce & Chili Pepper jam to your liking (sweet or salty)

Summer Rolls
Thai Quinoa Salad, replacing the dressing (we suggest this one by Runners World)
Cold buckwheat noodles (just toss together!)
Any rice bowl
