Chili Peanut Dipping Sauce


Serves 4

Ingredients

- 2 tbs smooth peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
- 1/2 jar Chili Pepper Jam
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2tbs soy sauce
- 2tbs toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbs rice vinegar

Directions

- Add all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Serve immediately or store in frig for up to 1 week.
- Add more soy sauce & Chili Pepper jam to your liking (sweet or salty)

- We love this on everything but some quick fix suggestions are:

  • Vegetable Dumplings (we like these)

  • Summer Rolls

  • Thai Quinoa Salad, replacing the dressing (we suggest this one by Runners World)

  • Cold buckwheat noodles (just toss together!)

  • Any rice bowl
