Son of a Nutcracker

A Unicorn Garden cocktail by Ann Michelle; special & elegant for any occasion but especially useful around the holidays.


Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 oz Cognac or Brandy
- 1/2 oz Dry Curacao
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 2 heaping bar spoons Unicorn Garden jam
- Cinnamon Sugar for rim

Directions

- Line the rim of your glass with some lemon juice then dip in cinnamon sugar.

- Combine all ingredients except the Cinnamon Sugar in a shaker, add ice.

- Shake vigorously until the tin has frosted. Double strain into glass.
